Belly dancing is a total body workout, from neck slides to hand undulations. Learn rib and hip movements, upper body isolations, shimmies, and floor work. Learn how to use the Veil and Zils (finger cymbals), as well as choreographed dances. Belly dancing is an excellent method to get control of muscles in all areas of your body. It’s a great way to befriend other women, in addition to having fun! It helps reduce stress, increases energy, and improves strength, muscle tone, and coordination.
